James and Maria met August 17th, 2000, while James was on a business trip in New Jersey. Both instantly fell in love at first sight and began a four month long courtship via email, long distance calls, and a few visits (Maria to CO 10/00 and 11/00, and James to NJ 12/00). While James was visiting Maria during Christmas '00, he proposed to her in a Starbucks on 5th Ave in NYC. They were married Friday, December 29th, 2000 at 12pm at the Morristown, NJ, Courthouse with Maria's family as witnesses. Daniel James joined our family at 3:15am MST Tuesday, June 15th, 2004. Sofia Maria joined our family at 4:31am MST Monday, January 16th, 2006. James and Maria enjoy spending time with Daniel & Sofia, family, friends, hiking, mountain biking, road travel, snowboarding, socializing with friends at Old C's or any local coffee shop. We are eternally greatful to our Lord for all He has done for us and our loved ones in this life and, especially, in the next life.
